Saving money on your next office printer lease can be easier than you think! Let's see how...
1. Lease a Lease-Return Model
Why pay for a new model when you can lease a low-count lease-return model that will offer you the same quality and reliability as new, with savings up to 65% off! All our leases are covered by our Bumper-to-Bumper Service Plan, which includes repairs, parts, labor, toner and drums, pretty much everything except paper. In all of our years of leasing printers, not one of our lease-return clients has told us that they wished they had gone with the new model.
2. Smaller Does Not Mean Less Expensive
While store-bought desktop models are inexpensive to purchase, they are expensive to keep in toner. Our clients who are making a significant number of prints and copies find that the savings on toner can actually substantially cover the lease cost on a larger commercial model.
3. Get a Compact Commercial Model
If you don't need 11" x 17" paper size and don't print or copy many pages each month, then you can save with a more compact commercial model. Canon offers compact commercial models in both B&W and color that offer big functionality in a smaller space and price.
4. Get a Black and White Only Model
Getting a B&W only printer will save you money two ways. Not only will you save on the equipment, but also on the monthly service. The price per page for B&W prints and copies is much less than it is for color pages. If you are cost-conscious, going with a B&W only printer is one of the best ways to control your ongoing costs.
