                                        Dochost Application Security Features

 *   DATA TRANSFER ENCRYPTION: The industry-standard security "handshake" provided
by SSL encrypts all data moving between the "Dochost" server and the user's
computer

 *   PASSWORD STRENGTH: Enables firms to define password requirements that meet
security guidelines established by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and
Technology

 *   FOLDERS SECURITY: Ensures the integrity of folders by controlling who can see
those folders and who can add or remove documents to/from a folder. This provides
another method for controlling the level of access granted to different users.

*   TRANSACTION HISTORY CONTROL: Each user action is recorded and logged for security purpose. Any action a user takes on any document is recorded for administrators to view. If a user within the Dochost system Prints, Emails, Downloads, Moves, Copies, Deletes a document, you will know.
